Terms and risks

getbinder.fun ("Binder") is a tool. Using it means you accept what follows. Not available where prohibited by law.

Not financial advice

Nothing on this site is investment advice or a recommendation to buy anything. Memecoins can lose all their value in minutes. A binder full of cards doesn't hold a coin's price up: the cards belong to the binder wallet, not to the coin's holders.

Creators are responsible for their coins and their binders

Every coin is created by its creator's wallet. The creator chooses its name, image, description, the binder wallet and the share of fees it receives. The binder's key stays with whoever holds it: Binder can't buy, sell or move anything in it, and can't recover a lost key. Use your own art for your coin; trading card art and characters belong to their publishers.

What is enforced, and by whom

The fee split is enforced by pump.fun, which lets it be set once and then locks it; pump.fun's own admin can still reassign a coin's fees through a community takeover. Cards in a binder are read from the chain. What the binder's owner does with the money is their decision: Binder shows it, it doesn't enforce it. The full table is in How it works.

Cards, vaults and values

Cards are sold, vaulted, insured and redeemed by Collector Crypt under its own terms. Insured values are Collector Crypt's figures, not a market price or an offer. Binder isn't a party to any purchase: it relays Collector Crypt's and Jupiter's transactions to your wallet after checking them, and you sign them.

The $BINDER token

If a project token exists, it gives no right of any kind over Binder, its code, its revenue (it has none), its decisions, or the cards in its binder. It is a memecoin launched with this tool.

Fees

Binder charges nothing. pump.fun, PumpSwap, PumpPortal (0.5% of a dev buy), Jupiter, Collector Crypt and the Solana network charge their own fees. Your wallet signs every transaction.

Services this site relies on

  • pump.fun and PumpSwap programs and their official SDK, to create coins and set their fee split.
  • PumpPortal, to build the creation transaction.
  • Collector Crypt's public APIs, for card details, photos, listings and purchases.
  • Jupiter, for SOL to USDC swaps and the SOL price; CoinGecko as a fallback for the price.
  • Pinata, to pin images and metadata on IPFS.
  • A Solana RPC provider, to read the chain and send transactions.
  • Upstash Redis, to store the list of coins launched here.

Any of them can fail or change. Binder isn't affiliated with any of them, nor with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, Creatures, PSA, CGC or Beckett.

Removal

Binder can hide a coin from its pages (illegal content, impersonation, scams). That changes nothing on-chain: the coin, its fee split and its binder keep existing.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. Bugs, outages, wrong figures from third parties and network failures can happen. Check transactions on an explorer before relying on them. This text isn't legal advice.
